The East Los Angeles Community Arts and Mural Program (ELACAMP) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the quality of life in underserved neighborhoods through murals, art, and environmental education. We strive to transform public spaces through community-led beautification projects and environmental stewardship throughout the Los Angeles area.

Public art and environmental projects are tangible improvements to a neighborhood's physical landscape and can act as catalysts for both community development and empowerment.  ELACAMP believes that spreading art awareness and civic participation, especially amongst at-risk youth, is integral to the transformationof Los Angeles area communities.
